Ship it, or come and get it.
Sealed product ships anywhere in the US at a flat $12.00 per order, free once you spend $150.00. Or pick it up from the shop for nothing. You choose at checkout.
Two things we cannot post
- Spray paint. Aerosols are classed as hazardous goods. They cannot fly, and the paperwork for sending them by road is not worth it on a can of primer. Pick those up in store.
- Pre-owned. Every used piece is one of one and graded by eye. People want to look at it first, and we would rather they did.
A basket containing either of those becomes a pickup order in full — we do not split an order between a box and the counter. The cart tells you which item caused it.
Picking it up
- 1. Order and pay online. Payment is taken by Square at the time you order, which is what takes the item off the shelf and stops somebody else buying it.
- 2. We put it behind the counter. Almost everything here is a single unit, so your order is set aside under your name as soon as it comes through.
- 3. Come in and get it. Bring the order confirmation — on your phone is fine. Anyone can pick it up on your behalf if they have it.
Shipping
One flat fee per order however much is in it, because a shop this size cannot quote shipping by weight honestly and would only be guessing in its own favour. Orders go out within two business days. We will send you the tracking when it ships.
We ship within the United States only, to a street address — not a PO box, because the carriers we use will not deliver to one.

Before we open. The shop opens in October 2026. Anything ordered before then is held for you until the doors are open — nothing expires while you wait.
How long we hold it
Thirty days from the day you order, or from opening day if that comes later. If you need longer, ring us and we will keep it — we would rather hold something for a month than put it back on the shelf while you are away. After thirty days with no word we will try to reach you before we do anything else.
Changed your mind before picking up
Tell us before you come in and we will refund it in full, sealed or not. Nothing has left the shop, so there is nothing to inspect. Once you have picked it up, the returns policy applies.
Looking up an order
There is no account to make here. Square keeps every receipt for you at squareup.com/receipts — sign in with the email address you used and Square emails you a code. You will find what you bought, what you paid and when, from us and from anywhere else that takes Square.
